Whats included in the rental?

The venue can accommodate up to 80 guests. It includes chairs for up to 80 guests, along with 10- 60" round tables and 10- 6 foot rectangular tables.

Pricing Guide
Saturdays:

Full Day Rental: $1,400
Venue access from 9:00 AM - Midnight

Hourly Rental: $200 per hour (minimum 4-hour booking) 1 free hour for set up and 1 for breakdown. For hourly booking on a Saturday you must select your desired time between the hours below:

Morning Time Frame: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Access available starting at 9am. All guests must depart by 3:00 PM to allow time for the cleaning crew to begin.

Evening Time Frame: 5:00 PM - Midnight. Early access for setup is available
starting at 4:30 PM. Please note, the cleaning crew may be finishing up from the
previous event but will be out by 5:00 PM.
Sundays:

Full day rental: $1,000
Venue access from 9:00am-midnight

Hourly Rental: $200 per hour (minimum 4 hours booking)
