Terms & Conditions & Policies

General Terms

  • Use of our space is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • By booking, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines provided by The Venue Dixon LLC.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Terms are subject to change at any time without notice regardless of what invoice or services indicate. 

Retainer Fee and Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% retainer fee is required to reserve the date of your event. This retainer fee will be applied to your total event cost.

  • In the event of cancellation, the retainer fee is non-refundable and non transferable.

  • The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event.

  • If the event is canceled, the remaining balance will be credited toward a future event, provided that the Client reschedules. A new retainer fee will be required to book the new date.

Damage Deposit

  • A $250 damage deposit will be invoiced one week prior to the event.

  • This deposit will be refunded within one week after the event, provided no damages occur during the event.

  • If any damages occur, the deposit will be used to cover the costs of repairs or replacement. If the damages exceed the deposit amount, the Client will be billed for the remaining balance within one week of the event.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted at the Venue; however, all guests must remain indoors while consuming alcohol.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue or near any doors.

Music and Entertainment

  • Live music and DJs are permitted but must remain indoors at all times.

Event Time and Setup

  • If you have booked by the hour, you are allowed **1 hour for setup** and **1 hour for breakdown**

  • Any additional time required must be booked in advance at an extra cost.

  • If you have booked the venue for the entire day, you may use the space from **9:00 AM to Midnight**

Decorations and Cleanliness

  • The use of nails, thumbtacks, or tape on the walls is strictly prohibited. *Damage-free command hooks** may be used.

  • All decorations must be removed by the end of the event, and any items affixed to the walls must be taken down.

  • Balloons must be **popped** and properly disposed of by the end of the event.

Chairs and Furniture

  • At the conclusion of your event, all chairs must be stacked and placed in a of the venue.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to safeguarding your information.

Liability Disclaimer

  • The Venue Dixon LLC is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property during your use of our space.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Venue Dixon LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or facilities.

  • Participation in activities, events, or workshops at The Venue Dixon LLC is at your own risk. The Venue Dixon LLC will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death caused during or after participation in any activity.

  • You assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or materials provided by The Venue Dixon LLC during your event.

  • We recommend that you obtain adequate insurance coverage for your event, as we are not liable for incidents caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to the Terms & Policies

  • The Venue Dixon reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
