The Creative Space Commissary Kitchen offers a fully equipped, professional-grade kitchen to support your culinary creations. Our kitchen includes a 4 Burner Gas Range, Chargriller, 10 Qt Mixer, Double Half Size Convection Oven, and a Bread Oven with Proofer, all designed to make your cooking process efficient and enjoyable. We also provide ample dry storage, as well as a large refrigerator and freezer to ensure your ingredients are stored at the optimal temperature. Whether you’re a startup food business, caterer, or chef, our facility provides everything you need to bring your recipes to life.

By signing this agreement, the Renter agrees to rent space within The Creative Space, located in Dixon, CA, and acknowledges responsibility for the safe and sanitary use of the kitchen facilities. The Renter assumes all liability for their actions, operations, and products, and agrees to hold The Creative Space harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the facility. The Renter shall maintain current general liability insurance, listing The Creative Space as an additional insured, and agrees to adhere to all local health and safety regulations. The Renter further agrees to abide by The Creative Space’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, as outlined and provided during the rental application process. Rental fees are due as specified by The Creative Space, and failure to comply with payment or any terms may result in termination of kitchen access without refund.
